Kids Academy – FAQ

The Kids Academy is open to children from 4 to 14 years old, with classes organized by age and skill level.

No. All programs—from Ballet to Gymnastics—are suitable for both beginners and children with experience.

Each activity has recommended attire:
  • Ballet: leotard, ballet shoes
  • Taekwondo: academy uniform
  • Kickboxing / CrossFit: sportswear & sneakers
  • Zumba / Gymnastics: comfortable active wear
